My Samsung washing machine model no. is WA80P1B\XTL. I’VE LODGED MY COMPLAIN Since 16th June 2009 till today 31st August,2009 nearly two and half month Half month I’m waiting for my complain solution from Kurla(W) Mumbai 400070. Hi, I have bought a Samsung window air conditioner last year. The machine has gone into repairs 5 times within this year. The engineers who have attended, have now said nothing can be done. When I have asked for a replacement they have asked me to go to the consumer court. I find this callous attitude of Samsung after sales service very irresponsible. Can I pleaase get help?

I have a Samsung semi automatic washing machine.It is under warranty. I had lodged a complaint vide complaint No. 8411315935 dated 31/12/2009. After several calls made, Mr.Shifat visited my place on 7th Jan 10 and told that some belt needs to be replaced. Till date (13/01/2010) i have not got any update on the status. This morning I spoke to Mr.Sanjay of their Service Centre, I was told that due to closing they could not update the status to me and also it will take another few days to get the belt. My washing machine is lying unused for the last few days. The attitude of the people here is very casual. Can higher authority of Samsung take up this matter on priorty so that their consumer should not suffer because of their internal probelm? Or else give me some other solution??
After sales service of Samsung is pathetic. I would say beyond patheticness. I have sworn not to invest in Samsung products ever in my life. Their employees (area manager levels also) are a shame to multinational professional work culture. They just dont entertain calls beyond working hours. And they dont care a damn.
In contrast I found LG’s service (and products) far far better and reliable.

I had purchased samsung GT-S5233S (IMEI no:35720203114866/2) from mobile store at Bangalore, India. Within 10 days of purchase, the lock of the memory card was not working. Still the card was being read by the phone. I took it to the Samsung care center at Brahmagiri, Udupi (Karnataka) since I reside at Manipal. The technician inspected it. After he had dismantled the phone, and put it back together I did not check to see if the memory card slot was working fine. On reaching home I found that the card was not being detected. On taking this matter to the care center, the receptionist said the manager was out for personal work during working hours. After waiting for 45 minutes, he plainly denied that his technician had opened the case. He accused me of damaging the slot. I being a girl could not fight back since he threatened me. All his staff members were watching us. Such uncouth behaviour was totally uncalled for. I am being badly harrassed by the manager. I am paying for buying a samsung mobile phone. I still cannot believe that such a reputed brand can provide such low service. The disgusting behaviour of the staff has put your brand name to shame. Customers being victimized by such a reputed brand is not what we expect. Its out of lot of savings that I had bought this phone. Please help me.

I, the Complainant as above, have the honour to lodge the following complaint against the Opp parties as under for favour of seeking justice in the matter please:
(1) that I purchased one Samsung Washing Machine bearing TIN No. 00465 . WM-WT9207AG/XTL for Rs: 8,400/- manufactured by OP no. 2 above, from their authorized dealers, OP no. 1, on 2nd May 2010, vide later’s invoice no. SS 12253 Dated 2.5.2010.
(2) that the above said washing machine carried a warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase .
(3) that after working only for a month, the dryer of the above said machine stopped working and the complaint was lodged with OP no. 1 in the month of July/2010. The complaint was attended to .
(4) that again the above said machine went on suffering with the same defect again and again and I lodged complaint with OP no. 2 on 25th Nov 2010 and 18th March 2011. Against the complaint of 25 Nov., the Engineer of OPs rectified the same with tqxkj but even after carrying out the so called rectification / tqxkj , the defect could not be removed and against complaint of 18th March 2011, their Engineer did not attend the machine but expressed his inability to permanently remove its defect which in his opinion was either a major one or manufacturing defect.
(6) that inspite of carrying out rectifications by the manufacturers, they all have failed to rectify the above said machine and it is lying idle with me for the last long causing me mental agony and suffering of my work .
(7) that it is also worth mentioning here that inspite of requests by my client for giving me the registration No. of my complaint , OP no. 1 never complied with and studiously did not provide me with the same and the warrantee period was running out. .
(8) that all the Engineers of the OPs failed to rectify the above defect . Continuation of the same defect in the above said machine i.e. “ Dryer not functioning “ , inspite of several attempts of repairs by the OPs, clearly reflects that the said machine bears the manufacturing defect which is beyond the scope of rectification by the engineers of the manufacturers themselves. The machine is still lying idle with me beause of the above defect.
(9) Since the authorized dealers of the above said machine is established in Jwalapur (Haridwar) and the complainant also being resident of the same place, the above complaint falls within the jurisdiction of this hon’ble court to decide the case.
(10) that cause of action in the above arose on 18th March 2011 when the Engineers of the Manufacturers expressed their inability and then did not turn up to rectify their own product.
The Prayer

It is therefore prayed that the OPs may kindly be directed to
either replace the above said machine with a proper working
and defect free washing machine with renewed warranty period
OR
refund the cost of the machine with interest thereon at the present
prevailing rates and a reasonable compensation as deemed appropriate by this Hon’be Forum for the mental troubles as
suffered by me during the above long period.

I am having a samsung double door refrigerator which has stopped working on 16 August 2011. And i complained to samsung vide complaint no. 8428261916. Beside my complaint on 16 August their technical staff came on 18 August, checked my fridge and said to me that they will rectify this problem by next day.
And Till Today i got no response from them regarding the complaint of my refrigerator.
I keep on calling them day and night for the complaint i registered earlier and they keep saying it to me that the problem is going to be resolved soon enough.
Today on 22 August 2011, when i called them up again regarding my complaint then they sent me a computer generated message regarding that my complaint has been resolved as a matter of the fact that there is no effort or response from their side.
After getting the message from their side, i have made several calls to the consumer care and they provided me the service center no. 011-27180001/02/03 but they never picked up the call; They provided me the no. of the person who according to them is handling our problem but when i called him up he answered to me that he has left samsung a long time ago.
Then again, they gave me the no. of Mr. Aman, but he never picked up my call.
Then they diverted the call to one their team leader Mr. Jitendra who then joined me into a conference call with Mr. Pankaj who assures me that the problem wiil be resoved my tomorrow.
CONCLUSION
It means the samsung after sales commitments is just to lure the customer and make profit out of them.
This is a consumer oriented market and if consumer is not heard about their problems within time and corrective actions have been taken then the consumer shifts its mind from that company leading to the downgrade of its market value.

Respected Sir ,
with due respect & great regard to the law & order of this country and justice of your highness I am to state that on 13.12.2009 I Laxman Das R/o house no-43 pooth kalan road street no-4 prahalad pur bangar delhi-110042 entered into an agreement of purchase i.e. purchased a refrigerator of SAMSUNG COMPANY from E ZONE DELHI VIDE INV NO-2012005431.
The fridge was working fine till 06/06/2011 but on 07/06/2011 my fridge started malfunctioning for which I lodged a complaint with M/s Suyash sales & services.
On my call SUyash people came to my residence ,checked the fridge & changed the compressor of the fridge which was still under warranty of the company .But to my surprise the company men started to ask for the money which I even paid them vide receipt no-10106 & 9521 of books no-203 & 191 respectively. In total I paid them Rs1250/-. which was totally uncalled for & illegal since it was the fault of their compressor as if the compressor wouldn’t have been faulty the problem wouldn’t have cropped up & since the fridge is still under warranty of SAMSUNG INDIA & one of the parts of fridge was malfunctioning how can i be held liable for the payments which were taken from me by M/s Suyash sales & services.
But it was the beginning of my problems as the fridge did not work properly even after changing the compressor and I made endless calls to M/s Suyash sales & services. but all in vain. Later on when I contacted the online GRAHAK SEWA KENDRA N.G.O. The SAMSUNG INDIA CAME SLIGHTLY INTO ACTION & after my repeated requests they got the fridge working after so many efforts & days which further proves the fact that I was charged for a wrong thing by M/s Suyash sales & services.
I even wrote them several requests but all fell on deaf ears during the waiting time MY LORD ,since I am a heart patient and an old case of severe pancreatis I have to take medicines worth Rs 8000/- per month but due to the careless attitude of SAMSUNG INDIA the temp of my medicines could not be maintained & they were all spoiled resulting in the loss of Rs 8000/- and further to keep myself alive I had to maintain the temp of the medicines & SAMSUNG COMPANY was not paying any attention to my plight so I had to go ahead with the purchase of a new refrigerator that costed me Rs
Sir I had requested several times to the SAMSUNG INDIA THROUGH emails & telephonic-ally as well particularly to Mr.ashish jha but all in vain as the only thing which could be done through so many efforts was getting my fridge started .
Sir nothing till date has been to improve the working of the company.
The SAMSUNG INDIA & M/s Suyash sales & services. HAVE CHEATED ME ,they have breached the sale contract by not fulfilling their commitments towards the customer,
they have duped me of my money,made false statements time & again to me & thus made me to suffer huge PHYSICAL,FINANCIAL & MENTAL LOSSES & still torturing me a lot by compelling me to come to YOUR HONOUR for JUSTICE .
May i now plead My Lord to order the two parties i.e. M/s Suyash sales & services.& SAMSUNG INDIA to compensate me with Rs 50000/- at least for the above mentioned problems and punish both the parties so that whatever they did to me could not be done with the other citizens of India.

Dear Sir,
I brought a Samsung Twin door refrigerator on 3.10.2010. It stopped functioning one week back. I lodged a complaint with thier BPO and they give me complaint number 8424434207 dtd. 27.11.2011 ie Saturday. Nobody turned up on Sunday and Monday and one Tuesday on Mr. Anurag called me up and said he would be attending the problem. He came and made a comment that there is no Gas in the refrigerator and somebody would be coming on the next day. Yesterday nobody turned up. Today they send one mechanic to fill the Gas. He checked the refrigerator tried to open the control panel inside the deep freezer. In the process he made a hole on the panel. Basically he dont know the how to open the panel. After opening here and there he said Gas is OK and there is some problem with some switch at the bottom of the fridge. And again he said some body else would be coming tomorrow or they after to rectify the problem.
One week has passed and there is no resolution to my problem except changing the boton from one person to another. Mr. Anurag would have diognised the problem correctly when he came (may be he dont know what is the problem). My fridge is under warranty and I feel that may be reason why they dont want to attend it.
I request you to prevail upon the company and get my refrigerator rectified.

I have purchased a LCD TV 32″ from samsung dealer in Bangalore on Mar 2011.From the day one of my purchase , I have never viewed the TV as there used to be one or other problem Viz blurness on the screen , Vertical red line on teh screen etc.,21 days back given a complaint vide No.8431773567 . Till date no resolution is provided.When queried the answer is simple and said’as a customer you have to call to get the update from us or our agent at Bangalore’

On 12.09.11 i give the my mobile phone to Salem SAMSUNG service centre for battery charging problem ( work order no: ST 548A), inspite of repeated reminders and follow up they not replied profisionally. Every time thay said we will call to after complete the jobs, but till date ( 08.10.11) they not rectify the simple problem.

One week ago we purchased Samsung Smart TV (UA40D6600 ) @ Rs 90,000 from your authorised Samsung Plaza (Fundamental Electronics Pvt ltd) ,56 ,Leela Roy Sarani ,Kol-19 .
Various features were explained to us like 3D & Interment , that is why we opted for such high range LED whereas other LED of same size were available @ Rs 60,000 without these two features.
As surfing the internet with the existing remote with the type of interactive key board looked very cumbersome , we repeatedly asked your sales man that n whether we can fit the key board with this TV for which he replied in affirmative.
After purchasing ,When your service person came for installation , he has point blankly denied this & told us this is not possible .He also informed us this is a frequent problem faced by this type of TV owners & to counter this Samsung is going to launch a QWERTY keypad remote somewhere in Feb’12 .
My point is without this I am unable to surf the channel & lot of time is being wasted for putting the password also .
Second point is that i an unable to access the 11 hrs 3d content given by you on my internet & it does buffering after every 2 seconds .I am having a 3G BSNL connection which is fastest as of now in India.
Now , I am running from pillar to post , between your salesman & service team and they are unable to address my problems .These things in short has rendered the 3D feature & Internet facility as claimed by you as useless & hence the premium paid for this is not worth it .
I am totally fed up & disgusted with the response of sales & service team & hope someone from Samsung takes this up seriously & sort it out at the earliest. Now , someone has to come & demonstrate these things tome or else replace this TV with a normal LED TV.
Awaiting your prompt response to address this else I will have no option but to cascade this issue further .

But Samsung service center of Gandhinagar is not responding about that, when I call to your engineer Mr. chandrakant. He Miss behaved when I told them that now I have to complain at company, His response like that “OK DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO, I WILL COME WHENEVER I WILL GET TIME”. I told this thing to call center 10 times and at the end I told them that let me talk with seniors executive so I can explain them my proble. But they always tell that no seniors will talk right now, wait till 8 pm engineer will come.
