The HMSI factory is spread over 52 acres, with a covered area of about 85,815 square metres at Manesar, Gurgaon district of Haryana. The foundation stone for the factory was laid on 14th December 1999 and the factory was completed in January 2001. The initial installed capacity was 100,000 scooters per year, which has reached 6,00,000 scooters by the year by 2007 and motorcycle capacity shall be 4,00,000 per annum. The total investment outlay for the initial capacity was Rs. 215 crores. By the end of the year 2008, the accumulated investment was estimated Rs.900 crores.

I bought Honda Shine From your Franchise before 3 years.
It is Manual bike not auto start bike.
It’s Signal light has not been working for 7 months. because of switch problem. I am regular customer of your company. I never get service my bike from any private person. I told many time to change my bike’s signal switch to your Franchise. but they have been replying that company does not provide parts of such a bike. because of Now a days people buy only auto start bikes so company has stopped production of these parts. So we are sorry u will have to do your bike without signal light.
Sir in the night I got many problems while riding bike without signal light.
Sir please reply me Whose responsibility to provide parts to your customer? People who has bike like my bike if they will got problem in their bike where should they go to get their bike repair.
So please Force your Franchise holder to provide me proper service and signal switch.

a day befor my scooter meet wid a minor accident… i approched to the agincy they refused me jst saying that the part neded to be changed is out order
it will take 20 to unxpected days as the manufacturer hs also in short. their are plenty of other scooters r in waiting of their parts…

I have purchased CBF stunner pgmfi in feb 2010, now the bike had creating problem. As per dealer the mechanical engineer told him there are problem in fuel pump and for solving that problem to change the old fuel pump with new. My bike is in warranty period but dealer says that the cost of fuel pump is Rs. 12278/-. I have given the bike in service centre on 2.10.2011 but till that there are not any satisfactory result received to me. And again dealers are saying to me that there is any other problem instead to fuel pump. Nobody are solving my problem either dealer or company employee. But they are increasing the difficulty for me. The dealer is also misleading to me. AND HE ALSO SAYS THE FUEL INJECTOR BIKES ARE NOT SUCCESS AND GIVE ME SUGGETION TO SOLD THE BIKE TO HIM. If the bike is in warranty period then the pump should be replaced free of cost. So do needful action in favour to me. I am too much harassed in using the product CBF stunner pgmfi. So plz follow this complaint and solve the problem as soon as possible. This is very serious problem for me.
We bought an Activa from your store Platinum Honda sec 43 Chandigarh in 10.10.2011. Activa buzzer was not working properly. When we went there to make it right.Then they refuse to do that on request when they tried to repair it they damaged the front nose of Activa. Inst ed of accepting their own mistake they started blame us. They said it was already broken. Even they don,t know customer dealing. His behave rudely with us. It is a really bad experience. It not expected from a rich company like Honda. Even the store manager also support his workers.
Please take a right action. Please Reply me as soon as.
