    New Delhi

    Sir,

We have booked metro now and it has been infomed by wide Ad in the Newspaper that from 22.1.2009 there will be no publication.

Customer can get their refund by handing over the coupon to Vendor.

We have handed over balance coupon to NFC Vendor who further handed over to NFC Executive dealing with Metro Now booking.

Sorry to say t h r e e (03) months passed we are waiting mere amount. Vendor informed us that he had not been given any payment for other customer coupon payment too. He is neither adjusting the balance amount nor making payment to us while your Ad clearly states that balance subscription would be adjusted over the next 30 days by the vendor or customer can call 42512207.

Since morning we are trying your above number nobody picking up.

We need to file a request with Cosumer Forum for refund of little amount with compensation or request you to please direct your Executive to pay the amount, received by him long back – please advise us suitably.

    Thanks.

One of the WORSTEVER treatment they offer to their Subscriber for the Times of India Newspaper. After taking the money, they refused to supply newspaper. When contacted they talk very rudely and never seen such silly behaviours from a company of this stature. The amount involved very small rs.299/- but their attitude towards their subsrcibers/customers is really worst

THE GROUP’s PERFORMANCE IS VERY POOR SO FAR AS THE BRAND VALUE AND WORK CULTURE IS CONCERNED AND I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE “DOUBLE ZERO” TO THE GROUP.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE CONTEST “BID FOR FREE” IS VERY SAD AS THE DETAILS OF PRIZE-WINNERS HAVE NEITHER BEEN GIVEN ON TIMES OF INDIA’s INTERNET SITE NOR ANY DETILS GIVEN IN SPITE OF REPEATED REQUESTS.

I am absolutely frustrated to be able to find where to post complaints about toi delivery failure at your chennai branch. pl send me correct email id where i can send my complaint at your appropriate head office department.

  8. lal m tahilramani says:

Please refer to my various complaints for non-delivery/ late delivery of daily paper TOI.

I fail to understand why do we have to complain through various outagencies instead of an internal centralised department for attending to these complaints.

I have been complaining about `your inefficient indifferent officers at your Chennai office For over a year I was getting paper after 0700 hours whereas my neighbours are gettingbetween 0600-0630 hours. Now you have assigned an agent who is delivering paper after 0830 and states that since I have subscribed directly through TOI he has no arrangement for a separate delivery boy for the purpose. Very strange argument.

Today, Sunday the 18th September, I have not received the paper ATALL.

I find that I am not the only one complaining about your Chennai Office.

This is really a disgracve on the management of prestigeos TOI publications

  12. lal m tahilramani says:

PLEASE REFER TO UR SECOND EMAIL REPLY THAT YOU ARE ATTENDING TO THE COMPLAINT.
It is now more than ten days and still there is not only no improvement but things have become WORSE. Your vendor now is throwing away the paper at the main gate of our housing complex AFTER 0800 hours. I am a senior person 82 years old and will have to comedown6 floors from my flat and walk over to the main gate to collect the peper. WHY THIS PUNISHMENT for subscribing to TIMES OF INDIA.
Whenever I speak to Mr. Balaji at your Branch Office he is perpetually sick not attending to officer wor k and Mr. Narayanan acts as if this is the first time I am pursuing my complaint and shows helplessness. What do you want me to do?

  13. LAL M TAHILRAMANI says:
